  3. Ship Back: Pack items securely in their original packaging. Include the RA number prominently on all packages. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and verified, we process your refund immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your pallets arrived damaged or incorrect, we handle replacements and refunds at no cost to you. Follow these steps:

  1. Preserve Evidence: Do not discard packaging or packing materials. Keep all boxes and protective materials intact.
  2. Document Damage: Take clear photographs of the exterior box, shipping label, and the damaged pallet(s).
  3. Notify Immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage.
  4. We Handle the Rest: We work directly with the carrier to process a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost.
