Shipping times are estimated and begin after your order has been processed and confirmed. We operate across North America with the following coverage:

Important Shipping Notes

  • Full Tracking Included: Every order comes with real-time tracking visibility. You will receive an email with your PRO/Tracking Number immediately upon dispatch.
  • Business Days Only: Transit times exclude weekends, holidays, and non-business days.
  • Address Accuracy: Global Pallets LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please verify all address details before placing your order.
  • Unloading Assistance: For LTL freight shipments, please arrange for unloading assistance at your destination unless liftgate service was purchased separately.

Delivery Confirmation

Every shipment includes: Real-time GPS tracking, email notifications at key stages, proof of delivery, and direct carrier communication.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • The carrier will attempt delivery during business hours on the scheduled date.
  • You will receive a tracking update with delivery confirmation and signature requirements.
  • For LTL shipments, ensure someone is available to coordinate unloading (unless liftgate service was arranged).
  • Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.
